Meet Kate
My name is Kate and I’m a mother of three fantastic young humans. I’m a DONA International certified birth doula, co-founder of the Energy Literacy School, a Healing Touch energy healing practitioner and Reiki master. I’m passionate about supporting parents in recognizing the deep well of resources we all hold within. When my journey into motherhood started nine years ago, it was also a journey into deepening my connection with my intuition and understanding myself and my life from an energetic perspective.
I’m excited to support you in that journey as well.
